THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Severed Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
If you are participating in alpha or beta testing, you acknowledge that the Game may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features. You agree to provide feedback and report any issues you encounter during testing.
Severed Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Severed Studios operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
